ICE CREAM(originally iced cream) is a frozen dessert made from dairy products, such as milk and cream, combined with flavorings and sweeteners, such as sugar, and possible other ingredients.i have a big craving for chocolates and icecream lately. damn-it
im gonna start eating lotsa chocos, heheh can train my stamina for 2.4km run too.
cause eat more + run more = no weight gain, right?
